lovely receptionist helpful staff great shower

the receptionist was lovely i found the location good the room was clean. staff were helpful and cute the location was close to town. i enjoyed the shower it was a great shower.

the bathroom heater didn't work it was very cold

the golf club includes high standard rooms. it was very quiet at night so i could relax well. i also appreciated caroline at the front desk because she gave great tips on the area.

ineffective heating noise disturbance

the staff demonstrated helpfulness .

The bathroom lacked effective heating as i couldn't operate the heater. soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms quite clearly. cars parked very close to the room, leading to noise disturbances at night.

the staff was friendly. i found them helpful . the location was good for accessing nearby areas.

The bathroom was cold. I could not get the heater to work. the approach to the room was very dark. there was no sound proofing, so i could hear everything from neighbouring rooms.

lovely receptionist super clean bed

The receptionist was lovely. The little overnight stay was comfy. i liked that it wasn't far from the beachfront. the bed was super clean.

the room was very dark. the approach wasn't well lit.

the hotel has good car park facilities, very convenient. the bar staff were very cute. i liked the great location and easy access to the town centre, near the train station.
